For this story, I had to find playful yet trendy accessories to add to our models. Luckily, my friend Markus has an amazing line called Metsa and I was able to use his fantastic two and three finger rings which he makes himself out of wood! http://www.metsadesign.com/

I was also lucky that I got into contact with Gregory Allen who makes wonderful bow ties. http://www.gregoryallencompany.com/

On shoot day we had a lot of fun playing around with different goofy accessories like mustaches and chunky glasses and our photographer, Alice Xue has an amazing eye to have captured all those moments...and she's only 17!!!!

It would be hard to guess but believe it or not, the shoot took place at York University. You'd be surprised what out little Toronto has to offer in terms of architecture and how a talented photographer can turn an old building into something more interesting and artistic!

This past month, I was really interested in doing a nude shoot but not something blatantly sexy. The photographer I worked with, Martin Volpe http://www.martinvolpe.com/ had a slightly different vision than me and after much deliberation, we came to a meating of the minds combining my idea with his, in one shoot. You will notice there is a short bag story which was my original idea and, the black and white photos of Audrey rocking it were more Martin's idea. I think they both truned out amazingly! Our Makeup and Hair stylist, and artistic director was Giancarlo, http://www.giancarlointini.com/ and our beautiful and talented model was Audrey from Elmer Olsen.

1920's Creative

On Family day, instead of spending time with my family (who were mostly traveling anyway), we did an incredible photo shoot! We were fortunate enough to have Véronique, the owner of best crêperie in town (Crêpes à GoGo - 18 Yorville), graciously allow us to use her restaurant as the quaint background for the shoot.

We used two models from Elmer Olsen, Josephine and Olie.

The photographer was Martin Volpe (you can check out his work at http://www.martinvolpe.com/), and our makeup artist was Jess Sidhu.

I want to give a special thanks to Jill my wonderful assistant who provided us with the fantastic green flapper dress and the beautiful feathered and tulle head piece which she created herself .

I also want to thank Victoria from the most magnificent vintage store in Toronto, Gadabout, who provided us with authentic 1920's outfits (http://www.gadabout.ca/)!

A couple months ago, I assisted on a photo shoot which turned out wonderfully. It was a real pleasure to have worked with such an amazing team, and I am very lucky to assist alongside the incredible stylist, Carolee.

Creative 2009 - Colin

In this shoot, my friend Colin, who is the model in these sets of pictures and who is signed with Elmer Olsen, and I, drove to Ajax to meet photographer - Bryan Lockyer, to shoot our creative in the wilderness. Bryan was able to capture many stunning shots which I really enjoyed since I do not have many outside pictures in my book. I was also very fortunate to be able to borrow most of the clothing from French Connection UK.

Hot Limonana Ad

A couple weeks ago, I worked on a photo shoot for the Limonana beverage I worked on last year. Since you can drink the beverage cold And hot, we decided to do a "winter label".
Just as the first shoot, I worked as the stylist and the talent. The photographer was Cameron Ogilvy and the wonderful makeup artist was Ashley Koehler. Lastly, this shoot could not have been possible without the inventor of the beverage and creative director extrordinaire, Véronique Perez!

In 2008, i worked on a photo shoot with photographer Cameron Ogilvy as the stylist and talent. It was for an amazing product called Limonana; made up of water, lemon, mint and cane juice.

At the end of September, just before it got too cold to do outdoor shoots, we got the last nice, and relatively hot day of the year for out creative. The photo shoot took place in a friends incredible back yard with vines, cobble stone walkways, pool, coach house etc...

The model for this shoot was Brodie from Elmer Olsen Models, the photographer was Jacklyn Atlas and the makeup artist was Ashley Koehler. I was of course, the stylist.
